Kyle is a commercially minded and highly organised legal professional who is well-known for his practical approach to corporate, contract, construction, employment, property, and other commercial issues. His strong research, drafting, and analytical skills have been honed over 20 years of teaching and designing a wide range of subjects into the LLB and Commerce degree programs at Curtin Law School, Curtin University.
Kyle’s expertise in contracts, corporations, construction, employment, property, consumer law, and occupational safety & health has been invaluable to his clients. He is known for his ability to provide sound legal advice and guidance that is tailored to the specific needs and objectives of each client.
As a legal academic, Kyle has a deep understanding of the law and how it affects businesses. He can use his knowledge to provide practical advice to our clients, helping them to navigate complex legal issues and achieve their goals. KB Corporate Advisors, a leading corporate law firm, is excited to announce that Gabriel Merga has joined the firm as the new leader of the Paralegal team in 2023. Merga is a high-achieving student in his final year of a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Arts (International Relations) double degree at a prestigious Australian university.
Despite the demands of overloading his degrees to complete both in just four years, Merga has maintained an exceptional academic record, with a high distinction grade for both degrees. He has received numerous awards and top scores in his law subjects, reflecting his passion and dedication to the field.
In addition to his academic achievements, Merga has also gained valuable experience in private practice. He has worked as support staff on both contentious and non-contentious matters, where he developed a deep understanding of the legal profession and the importance of providing high-quality legal support to clients.

As the new leader of the Paralegal team, Merga will be responsible for managing and leading the team to provide outstanding legal support to clients. He will also work closely with the firm’s attorneys to assist with legal research, drafting legal documents, and managing client relationships.

We are excited to have Jeninna Cruz as a valued member of our paralegal team at KB Corporate Advisors. Jeninna is a highly motivated and accomplished student in her penultimate year of a law degree at the University of Notre Dame Australia.
In addition to her law studies, Jeninna has also completed a Bachelor of Biomedical Sciences degree majoring in Pathology & Laboratory Medicine and Communications & Media Studies. She has a diverse range of experience both within the legal and biomedical fields, having worked in corporate law firms and volunteered in a community legal center.
Jeninna’s passion for the law is evident in her active involvement as the marketing representative in the Notre Dame law school society. She is enthusiastic about launching her career in the legal world and is open-minded about trying out a variety of practice areas, including mergers and acquisitions, employment, health, and international law. Currently, Jeninna is honing her skills as a corporate paralegal and working on transactional matters.
Outside of her academic and professional pursuits, Jeninna enjoys staying physically active by playing social volleyball and attending reformer Pilates classes. She is also an avid reader of classical fictions, memoirs, and biographies.
